DescriptionThe hat is crocheted in a cylindrical shape. The crown has concentric bands of a light and dark "checkerboard" pattern. The rest is composed of a crocheted surface alternating circular holes and crochet covered 1" "spikes". The spikes are striped light and dark, and some are tipped with red-orange wool; colors are off-white, dark blue, red-orange, black.20th century
