DescriptionFinely woven black horsehair hat with round brim and tall round crown with flat top. Long "ties" of elongated bamboo beads and round glass beads end with maroon cotton tassels. Around the lower crown the weaving creates a thin darker line simulating a hat band. The top of the crown is decorated with an ornamental black four-sided geometric form. The structure is also formed of bamboo.
