DescriptionRectangular piece of paper (39x28.5 cm) decorated on both sides, the front side with a cross formed of green oval 2¢ US stamps. In each quadrant around the cross are circles of pink or orange square 2¢ stamps. Stamps or small foil star stickers fill all the space around the cross. The dark wood frame has small wood crosses over each protruding corner. On the back side, the paper is covered with stickers. A young woman in Victorian era dress dominates, surrounded by crying babies and angels, children, workers, stars and butterflies. Wood on back side of frame unstained. Paper mounted between two sheets of glass held together with copper foil tape.
