DescriptionFinely carved dark stained cabinet (a) with mirror, two large drawers (b, c) below and two small drawers (d, e) next to mirror on top as well as a small cabinet with hinged door between. Within the lower drawers are to be found four blue jay feathers (f-i), a small ceramic mug (j), a ceramic candle holder (k), ceramic pitcher (l), a tiny book holding two photos (m), a memento book with glass cover (n), a red candle (o), a broken door pull (p) and a card (q) which reads: This dresser was made with a pen knife from cigar boxes. Each piece of trim is superimposed on the one beneath. Made for my birthday. 1946.Artist not recorded
