DescriptionColcha embroidery. This piece was hung in May 19-Sept. 8, 1963 exhibition at the Museum of International Folk Art. The central motif is a wreath of flowers (each with heart center) and leaves. Triangular designs of flowers and leaves in each of 4 corners inside brown border for top of bed. Scalloped embroidery on edges of birds, flowers and leaves. Corners large leaves and cocks. Part for covering pillows has separate design.
