DescriptionDeep, flat-bottomed, double-handled "pie pan" shaped platter, with sloping sides, a flat rim, and hinged handles. The center bottom has a punch mark and the rim is decorated with repeated swags, a single punched circle at the bottom of each swag and two dots between. The swags are filled with small semi-circles, and a row of dots, punched along the raised edge. The large cast handles are attached with hinges which are riveted to the rim. They are generally oval in form, ornamented with wide nosed faces with wide collars.
