DescriptionA white strap of untanned leather has eight holes and ends in a simple brass buckle. It passes through two loops on the back brown tanned leather pouch, with two maker's stamps. Riveted to this is the brass and leather piece on the pouch front. An emblem of an antlered stag's head, rising from a crown and with BYDAND in scroll between antlers, is centered on leather. Tan horse hair is sewn into the leather in two rows and is superimposed by two hanks of black hair sewn together---each placed in conical brass forms attached to chain.
