DescriptionThis brooch is comprised of a silver body, red coral and turquoise accents, with an overall oval shape. The outer circle of the piece has rounded coral pieces inlaid in silver with a silver piping on the outer edge. The next row in is a circle of reticulated round silver details connecting the outer edge to the inner structure of the piece. The next row is another set of rounded red coral pieces set in a silver scalloped pattern. The very center piece is an oval cut turquoise piece that is inlaid in silver, and fastened with a twisted design of silver piping. The back of the brooch has a straight pin with a closure mechanism.
