DescriptionTonsured male saint dressed in a brown robe stands on a blue cheese cutting board. He has a cotton fringe of hair and eyebrows,wears a white cotton string belt, and holds a carved apple in his hands, which are held at his waist. On the board around his feet are five tortillas, a pot of beans (with real dried kidney beans), two red chiles, a round of cheese with a wedge cut out of it, and a rectangular slice of membrillo (quince paste). On bottom of base is written in black "San Pasqual, Anita Romero Jones, Santa Fe."
