DescriptionJar, polychrome. Top of jar is an animal-like, most likely canine, shape. The ears are triangular shaped, with a slight curve. The eyes protrude from the head. The nose juts out about 3 cm from the face. It is black with nostrils carved into clay. The mouth is parted and many teeth are visible. The design is mostly geometric; circles, squares, triangles. The colors used are tan, red-brown, and black. Signature of potter is engraved in the bottom of the pot.
