DescriptionDance apron with heavy embroidery and sequins, with military officer in brown as central image. ). This dance apron complements our existing collection by adding a more recent historical figure, General Juan Velasco, who overthrew the Peruvian government as served as military dictator from 1968-1975. He was a left-leaning reformer who supported policies that benefited the rural poor.
