DescriptionRed, gold rimmed, petal shapes; blue triangle with silver stamens; extending petal shapes roll towards blue ocean center with silver waves over a band of red with gold waves, silver/gold panels which are curled in towards the red circle center with an eight-pointed gold shape; the hat is built on an 8-banded frame with hanging head piece from which red cord ties hang.
