DescriptionHighly stylized, simplified mask of a bushcow, with horns and flaring, open mouth at bottom. "Face" is a flat area between the horns and mouth. All of a dark, slightly shiny surface rubbed with reddish orange pigment. On the back, an oval protrusion has holes drilled all around the edge. Overall heavy patina with reddish pigment most noticeable in incising on mouth.
