DescriptionWine colored wool ground with light pink machine stitched flowers, birds and geometric forms, accented with green sequins on one side. The edge bound with faded pink edging and trimmed with multicolored cotton tassels. In addition to the pink embroidery, there are small areas sewn in dark blue and gold on the sequined side, and with some green on the other. The long strip of cloth has been embroidered, folded over and seamed along one end, so the shawl is only open on two sides.
