DescriptionBright kelly green wool felt skirt, tightly gathered at waist with attached black apron at front. The skirt with seven bands of multicolored floral and geometric applied trims, as well as couched wool yarn strips and zigzags. The waist edged with green grosgrain ribbon which becomes a ribbon tie at back. Hooks and eyes provide the closure, which is lined behind with another shade of green felt. The same green felt has been added at the hem. The black apron is also tightly gathered near the waist, edged with applied trims and trimmed with couched yarn, colored strips and applied trims. The edges have been cut in a zigzag with pinking shears.
